Hotel rooms and transportation for all out-of-state events will be
provided for the 15u, 16u, and 17u players. Team vans will make
pickups in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Des Moines areas before
leaving for Arkansas. The Real Deal on the
Hill is an NCAA-approved event, so college coaches from around the
country will be in attendance to evaluate and scout players. Games
will be played on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. |

These are our pool play
assigments and times. At the end of pool play, all teams will be
placed in a single-elimination bracket, with tournament play beginning
Saturday evening. Championship games will be over by 2:30pm on
Sunday.

Team Vans/Player Pickup: |
Van Pickup in Cedar Rapids Area:
7:30AM, Mercy Acceleration. Take Blairsferry Road exit off of
I-380, go east on Blairsferry to Council Street, turn North on Council,
park in the north parking lot of the Mercy Health Plaza Building.
Van Pickup in Iowa City Area:
8:15AM, Sears Parking Lot @ Coral Ridge Mall. Take Coral Ridge
exit off I-80, Sears is the first parking lot on your right as you enter
the mall.
Van Pickup in Des Moines Area:
10:00AM, McDonald's Parking Lot on Merle Hay Road. Take Merle
Hay Road exit off I-80, go South two blocks, McDonalds is on your left.
Van Pickup in Sioux City Area:
7:30AM, Hy-Vee parking lot at Southern Hills Mall.
These are the athletes who will be riding in team vans to/from Arkansas.

If you are planning to travel to Arkansas and want to be included in
the team block, let Coach Stephen know by Wednesday, April 12:
Families who will be attending the tournament should contact Coach Stephen
as soon as possible to let him know, so he can include you in the hotel
block. Families will need to present a credit card or arrange payment for the
rooms when they check in. The table below details the information
we have received- if this is not correct,

Travel Directions: |
The Country Inn and Suites is located at
1234 Steamboat Drive in Fayetteville, AR. Their phone # is
479-571-5177. Coming from the north, take I-35/I-80 South.
At Exit 12A, take the ramp onto I-435, and stay on I-435 for 19.1 miles,
then exit to US-71. Take US-71 South through Missouri and into
Arkansas. In Arkansas, the road name changes to I-540 (US-62).
At Exit 67, follow I-540, and continue another 2.7 miles. At Exit
64, Take SR-16 (W. Wedington Drive) for 3.1 miles, and then turn right
onto CR-3808 (White Rock Lane).
