Info: The USSSA State Tournament is hosted by the All-Iowa Attack at their new facility and other locations in Ames, Iowa. Teams are guaranteed 3 games.

Updated 2/1/05: The Schedule has changed due to the Ames Cyclones dropping out, but our first game is still at 9:05AM on Saturday morning.
The USSSA Midwest Regional is a "round-robin" type tournament, and we are guaranteed SIX games. All seven 8th grade teams are placed in a single pool, and we play each team once... the team with the best record at the end of the tournament wins, so there is no "championship game". All games will be played at Ames Middle School. The Barnstormers' first game is at 9:05AM on Saturday morning... all players should be at Ames Middle School by 8:30AM to get warmed up and for pre-game instructions.

Hotel rooms are reserved for all families for Saturday night only. Families will need to present a credit card or arrange payment for the rooms when they check in. The table below details the information we have received- if this is not correct, contact Coach Stephen. Also, let him know what type of room you would prefer:

(updated 1/28)Ames Middle School: Located at 3915 Mortensen Road, Ames, Iowa 50014. When heading West on Hwy 30 you will travel 3-5 miles to the South Dakota Exit. Exit and turn right onto South Dakota. Travel approx. ½ mile to the 4-way stop and turn right onto Mortensen Road. Travel about ¼ mile and Ames Middle School will be on the north side of the road.
Baymont Inn and Suites: Located at 2500 Elwood Dr, Ames, IA 50010. Coming into Ames on Highway 30, take the Elwood Drive exit (#146). The Baymont Inn is just north of the exit.
